1. Use of the app
CapStudio is provided for creating, editing, styling, and exporting captioned videos. You agree to use the app in compliance with applicable law and platform rules. CapStudio is listed with a 4+ age rating on the App Store.
2. Your content
- You are responsible for the videos, audio, captions, translations, and export outputs you create with CapStudio.
- You must have the necessary rights to any media you import, record, or incorporate into exports.
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated captions, timing, translations, and style output before publishing.
3. Third-party content and services
- If you use stock media search or downloads, those materials may come from third-party providers such as Pexels and remain subject to their terms and licensing rules.
- Subscription access is managed through Apple’s billing system and RevenueCat’s entitlement handling.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
- Pro access may be offered as a weekly, annual, lifetime, or other in-app purchase package depending on the live offering.
- Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store subscription settings.
- Restore purchases is available inside the app for eligible purchases associated with the same Apple account.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, limit, or remove features when necessary for quality, compatibility, legal compliance, or platform requirements.
6. Disclaimer
CapStudio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect transcription accuracy, or suitability for every workflow.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or your reliance on generated outputs.
8. Termination
You may stop using CapStudio at any time. We may restrict access to the app if required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or platform compliance reasons.
